Whenever we print two pages, one sheet of paper goes waste! No body bothers to feed a single sheet twice and print on both sides. In bulky printings, it is impossible! Even in few sheet printingss, the sheet of paper after first feed may not behave to smoothly pass through the printer during the second feed.
The time of Dot Matrix Printer with rollers are gone. It is not possible to use such a printer for dual side printing.
But now it is the age of Laser Printers. It is in fact possible to design a laser printer with two printing catridges and printing mechanisms to print on both sides of the sheet simultaneously!
Page 1 and 2 is printed during the single pass. It makes printing faster too.
Laser printers are anyway little bulky and it is not a problem to fit two printing mechnisms. Or atleast let us have the option of laser printers with this facility.
Why Multinationals like HP, Canon etc are not desiging such a printer? Becuase they want to help paper industry. They want double the amount of paper to be used. They want more trees to be cut. They want forests to be chopped down. They want more deserts to be born. They want to warm up the planet and melt the ice at the poles.
BECAUSE IT IS ALL MONEY, MONEY.
